Early access
Pricing
ProofScene is pre-launch, so there are no prices here yet — publishing an invented number would be worse than publishing none. Pricing will be announced at launch, and early-access members get founding pricing.
Three tiers, by capability
Work out which one fits before the numbers exist
The tiers differ in how many people use the product, how much of your archive it works through, and whose infrastructure it runs on.

Your infrastructure
Enterprise
For groups with security, residency or branding requirements of their own.
- Everything in Team

- White-label option to offer proofing under your brand
- Designed for enterprise identity integration, including SSO, as that work completes
No dollar amounts appear on this page because none have been set. When pricing is announced it will be published here in full, including what happens to founding terms.
What early access means
A small first group, working on real jobs
Real jobs, not a demo account
Early-access shops run ProofScene on live production work, because a proofing tool that has not met a real deadline has not been tested.
Direct line to the people building it
A small first group means your prepress team's objections change the product rather than joining a backlog.
Founding pricing
Pricing will be announced at launch. Members of the early-access group get founding pricing when it is.
Influence over the roadmap
Accounts, integrations and identity are being built out now. What gets built first is shaped by the shops in the room.
Straight answers
What we can and cannot tell you today
We can tell you exactly what the product does: it turns a flat proof into an interactive 3D model of the finished product, sends it to your customer on a branded link, shows finishing and materials as they actually behave, records the approval against the version reviewed, and generates marketing product images from the proofs you have already produced.
We cannot tell you what it costs, because that has not been decided, and we are not going to publish a number designed to look reassuring and then change it. We also cannot tell you that a thousand shops already use it, because they do not — ProofScene is new, built inside a working print and card-manufacturing operation, and it is opening to its first group of outside shops now.
If that sounds like the right stage to get involved at, the list is the way in. If you would rather wait for launch pricing, join it anyway and we will tell you the moment there is a number.
Pricing and early access, answered
How much does ProofScene cost?
Pricing has not been announced. ProofScene is pre-launch and opening early access, and we would rather set pricing against how shops actually use the product than publish a number we invented before launch. Pricing will be announced at launch, and early-access members get founding pricing.
Why are there no prices on this page?
Because there are no prices yet, and publishing a placeholder would be dishonest. The tiers below describe what each level of the product does, so you can work out which one fits your shop before the numbers exist.
What does early access involve?
Running ProofScene on real jobs, telling us plainly what works and what does not, and helping shape the parts still being built. In return you get founding pricing and direct influence over the roadmap.
Which tier is right for my shop?
Studio if one or two people produce proofs. Team if proofing is spread across sales, prepress and account management, or if you want to generate product images from your proof archive. Enterprise if artwork cannot leave your infrastructure, or you want to offer proofing under your own brand.
Is there a free trial?
Early access is how the product is being introduced. Join the list, tell us about your shop, and we will be in touch as onboarding opens — the point of the first group is to work closely rather than to hand out logins at volume.
Can I move between tiers later?
Yes. The tiers describe capability, not a commitment. Shops grow, requirements change, and a customer contract can turn self-hosting from a preference into a necessity overnight.
When does ProofScene launch?
Onboarding for the early-access group is opening now, with a wider launch to follow. Join the list to be told directly rather than finding out from an announcement.
